By downloading, installing, or using Symbiota (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Force Dijital ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), the developer and operator of Symbiota.
Symbiota is a gut health self-management tool that provides food and symptom tracking, FODMAP protocol guidance, AI-powered coaching, gut-directed hypnotherapy sessions, and educational content. The App is designed to support users in managing their digestive health.
Symbiota is NOT a medical device, does not provide medical advice, and is not a substitute for professional medical care. The App does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.
You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as needed. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Symbiota offers a free tier and a premium subscription. Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. Payment terms, renewal, and cancellation are governed by Apple's terms in addition to these Terms.
Premium subscriptions include a 30-day free trial. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends without being charged. After the trial, subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time premium subscribers. Contact support@symbiota.app to request a refund.
You retain ownership of all health data and content you enter into the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide and improve the Service.
You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter. We are not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate or incomplete data entry.
The App, including its design, code, content, algorithms, and branding, is the intellectual property of Force Dijital. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our written consent.
The educational content, hypnotherapy scripts, and AI coaching responses are proprietary. Reproduction or redistribution of this content is prohibited.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FORCE DIJITAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure. Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Symbiota provides general wellness and educational information only. It is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read or experienced in the App.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting the App and contacting us to request data deletion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
